The family-run retailer produces timeless yet contemporary collections for men and women alike, with each piece featuring innovative designs, consummate craftsmanship, and cable - the brand's artistic signature.

Founded by couple David and Sybil Yurman, both artistic savants in their respective mediums, the brand combines fashion, art, and jewelry in an exciting new way. Pieces come at a variety of price points, ensuring that every customer can access the luxury that defines David Yurman.

Mochinut- NOWOPEN

Be on the lookout for the newest location of Seattle's own Mochinut, a one-stop-shop for original fun flavors. The chain specializes in signature mochi donuts, coffee, boba, and Korean-style hot dogs. Each donut is made fresh on the hour and is unlike any other with a light crispy coating and soft chewy inside.

Mochinut will be located onBellevue Square's second level. Be sure to check out some of their best-selling flavors such as ube, taro, strawberry funnel, and churro.

It’s true…Seattle institution MOTO Pizza is making its debut on the Bellevue scene! Known for creative (and sometimes outlandish) pizza flavors, MOTO offers deep dish, Detroit-style pies. Locally founded and based, the pizza joint prides itself on its dedication to reducing its carbon footprint. 80% of the produce used to make the pies is self-grown, foraged, or sourced from hydroponic farms.

Check out the self-proclaimed “Odd Pizza” later this summer and get a taste of their signature “Beef Adobo” and “Clam Chowdah” slices. The restaurant is slated for the first floor outside of Nordstrom.

Rivian

Electric vehicle manufacturer Rivian is set to open a new storefront in Bellevue Square in the upcoming months. The location will feature models of the company’s electric vehicles, increasing brand awareness and offering customers a way to become acquainted with the popular cars taking eco-consciousness to new heights.

While no vehicles can be purchased on site, the space seeks to spark interest through educational displays and user-friendly experiences. Currently, Rivian only utilizes an online car purchasing portal. For those interested in looking before they buy, the new Bellevue showroom will offer the opportunity for potential customers to enjoy an in-person, tailored experience.

The restaurant also features two new private dining rooms and an open-concept kitchen for diners to witness the magic behind the dumpling-making process.

Din Tai Fung was born as a small family business in Taiwan selling Xiao Long Bao (steamed pork soup dumplings).
